1. How long does it take for an order to reach me?

Your products will be shipped within two days of the receipt of your order. However, it takes up to three weeks for them to reach your front door. Each product in the Genie Shop has an estimated delivery time and/or a tracking number, which you can find in the product description.

2. How is the cancellation and refund made?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returning is at odds with our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. Just tell us what went wrong, send us a picture of the defects and we will give you your money back in full. If possible, you can then donate your product to a local charity or have it recycled. 3. Can I cancel my order?

Usually you can cancel within 8 hours after your order was placed. Also, cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe set for each product. Sometimes orders are shipped before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order and still receive the parcel, please do the following: Return it to us. Please refer to the information in our cancellation policy section.

4. What happens if I get the wrong item?
If there is a problem with your order - if it is the wrong size, color, defect or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - just let us know and we will give you a refund. You can return the product to us, but you will not be asked to do so. Please refer to the information in our cancellation policy section.
5. Do you offer product exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges for products. However, if for any reason you haven't received the exact product you were expecting, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
